This isn't a single-role position. Some days you'll be onboarding a new customer and walking them through the product. That same call might turn into a sales conversation when they realize they need more. Other days you'll be reaching out directly to prospects, opening doors, starting relationships.
We need someone who can wear multiple hats and actually enjoy it, not someone who needs a script and a job title to know what to do next.
English is a must, Spanish is a strong plus
Sales, call centers, support, onboarding. You know how to talk to people and read a conversation
You're comfortable shifting from helping a customer to closing a deal in the same call
